Hehe now thats good only think I'd really like added to next version is key detection and key in deck info later would be enough as I already have Mixed in key

and would be grate if my mapper is inspireing the offical mapping so I want have to make any changes to how I like it to be

I don't have the video plugin yet but I have ideas how to map it.

I expressed myself badly ..... your mapping has not inspired the official mapping, it will be the opposite ...

Official Mapping is done by P_jean a great mapping audio/video works already very very well. If you are beta tester join p_jean if you aren't join the beta team, you pass your exam!

total bummer I've not mapped anything this weekend because I've been DJ'ing at a club and now I wanted to do some more mapping and Cross DJ seams to have forgotten all my out commands. I have not changed anything. The iMac I'm using to mapp on hassn't been used the whole weekend. Even 2 of the Gain knobs that were working fine on friday were not mapped this morning, I don't understand what is going on here as led's need to be edded from within the XML file.

I used to get this issue all the time, until i figured out it was not saving my assignments as i first thought,and they where lost upon restarting the next time. i found that by making sure i had the security mode unchecked, before making assignments. Then each time i was finished or through out; opening and closing the controller info dialogue box, would then 100% save my assignments, then making sure i re check the security mode again before shutting down, and not once have i had this issue again.

Just trying to understand what i referred to here,

is this in relation to their being a new RC due soon, or was this prior to 2.4.0, I used another software last night too do a 4 hour radio set, and boy did i regret not using Cross DJ, many issues, but i had to try the other software as i needed better effects section, hence why i now ask after seeing this post,is their is a new RC due after 2.4.0, as i am very keen to see what else will evolve , and maybe hope that the Cross DJ effects are improved with sync rate etc. So just wondering, if their is a RC due again soon ? or have i misunderstood the hint in this post. ?

How do i go about beta testing,as i spend most of my days on my DJ gear ,so i have plenty of time to also stumble upon and log bugs etc. although i have different ideals on the perfect mapping for my controllers i also now have a Icon IDJX.

i also like to keep bang up to date with all i do/get the best setup i can to excel in what i do, so their is no issue on my part regarding helping testing and improving, and then getting up and running sooner rather than later, i am really dedicated to what i do, and also learning what i do not know.

Now I know what I'll be doing tomorrow that is if I have a beta to test I only have a gig tonight no tomorrow so lots of time testing.
I'll be using Cross for the first time at the gig tonight so I'm really excited to see how it holds up 5 hours gig, but I'm not concerned it's been on and playing since monday without a single crash or hicup so I'm confident in useing it.
