Problem with the Crossfader button

I am a true noob. I'm acquiring a controller Vfx MixVibes few months ago, but I still encounter great difficulty in using it.

I can not use the Crossfader button (and the volume button).

When I use it, it has no effect. This is true in "manual" mode (when I press the button on the controller directly), or "software" mode (when I press the button via the PC).

My controller is connected directly to a PC, I used the automatic configuration for MixVibes and I "mix" with the headset.

Switch off the automatic configuration an select the Vfx asio soundcard.
