Postby terry on 09 May 2013, 22:50

hello,
I have a U-Mix Control 2 & a laptop Asus with Seven 64 bits.
i have boot my laptop, & i want to re-instal Cross DJ le 2.4.0 & connect my U-Mix Control 2.
i downloaded the 2.4.0 version, installed & connected my controller but i have all the time the message "failed to detect ..." .
my controller is plugged, have the led ON.
i think is my OS who not see the controller & don't install the driver.
my controller is registered on forum & before my OS reboot,it worked normally with Cross DJ le 2.3.1.
SomeOne can help me??
tanks & sorry for my broken english.

on the other computer i never tried before, it was just to see if it worked..
the boot was just for clean my hard drive, not for a problem.
after my os boot, i downoaded 2.4.0 version, installed & plug my controller, launched Cross le 2.4.0 & "failed to detect ...."

There's no particular driver for U-Mix Control 2.

It seems there's an issue either on your computer (some kind of driver conflict) or on your controller (defect?).

Can you see the U-Mix Control 2 in the windows' Device Manager?

This sounds VERY familiar! I have exactly the same problem again!

Windows 7 x64 recognises the device, but I'm not able to select it in any software, ie Cross, VDJ...

Here's my topic if it helps at all:
