taskbar on second screen win8

Hi!
i think it's related to win8, but if i run program in full screen and for some reason needed to go to settings or minimize Cross(sometimes even just browsing in catalog and adding next song into player), then automaticlly comes taskbar onto output screen... if i disable and enable output to second bar, then everything is back to normal, but i think it can be somehow regulated by software...
if i record output, then taskbar does not come to recoring, but into screen...

there's still same thing when for example 1. deleting song from collection 2. deleting song from playlist...

small update with Win 8.1
taskbar shows on secound output only when Cross is in full screen mode, when it's not, no taskbar comes out on second screen, so this is solution, but i'd liked to play Cross in full screen mode...
