Playlists

I have several playlists, and folders containing playlists. When looked at via browser panel these are displayed A-Z and I like this

One of the ways to add a track to an existing playlist is to right-click on the track and use "Add to Playlist". When you bring the mouse over that option it opens up a list of the folders/playlists.

My problem is that the list when viewed like that is no longer A-Z. If like myself you have lots of playlists, it makes it harder to find the one being looked for.

another problem!

When I import a playlist that the songs not in this collection, the playlist is the songs are in the correct order (1> madonna, 2> new order, ...).
When I import a playlist where the songs are in the collection, the songs are out of order (in order of artist name).
Is there any solution?

You mean that the playlist is broken ?

The songs are all in the playlist, but this sequence by artist name.

This occurs only when the songs are in the collection.

I have experienced the same when importing an eExternal playlist in M3U format using the Cross "Import Playlist" option. The playlist that ends up in Cross has the tracks in a different order to what was in the M3U file.

This has happened to me from a M3U playlist saved from Winamp, and as a test, when importing a playlist that was exported by Cross.

Exports seem to work perfectly.

Imports = unexpected results. It brings all of the tracks in, but changes the order of the playlist.

I am experiencing this as well. Has there been any resolution to this? It's ANNOYING!
