if you look at the routing that the split mono set up ,, the right channel is for the headphone side of the plug ,,,the left side is for master ,,, for the software to control prefade listening (monitoring ,,) it has to see two set of seperate inputs ,, not possible with a single sc .. what you will be hearing is a mono signal from one sc Got to have a multi channel sc or use asio4all to add two sc together to have one pair of chanel to master out to your amp and the second to use for monitoring sc is sound card ,

Daniel, that should be the "slpit mono"'s advantage: no need for a multichannel audio interface.
@thread starter: choose Output1/2 for both, Master and Cue. I am not sure, but I think this might solve your problem.
Let us know if it works or not.

Daniel/Blackbrook, Yes I did what you said but when i use right channel for the headphone i heard also in the home theather even i split into mono in the left side for master. I used also USB sound card additional of the existing build in in the Laptopn but the problem the software "Cross DJ LE 2.3" routing sound "not split mono" did not change the "Output 1" or "Output 2". When i choose output 1 automatically the output 2 is changed into none. When i VIRTUAL DJ software. it's working but not controlling with U-Mix Control 2 hardware. Please, try it with your home theather. Thanks guys,

if you want to use the laptop outout, you need to use the 'Split mono' setting. The as said master will go on the left and headphones on the right.
So your speakers need to be hooked to the left.
Also check your cue/cue mix/master knobs into the software.
