problema mixvibes Cross e hercules rmx

ciao a tutti, possiedo mixvibes Cross 2.3.1 e una hercules rmx ,sono diversi giorni che tento di mappare il tasto "3" di entrambi i deck della console ,ma non ci riesco.
quando vado sull azione che voglio mappare schiaccio il tasto "3" si illumina di verde la scritta con il nome della console in alto a sinistra ma non riesco a mapparlo.

hi, i've got mix vibes Cross 2.3.1 and a hercules rmx, i tried to to map the button 3 of each deck of the console but i had no result.
when i push the button 3 the "hercules rmx" written on the top of the mapping menu light up in green but when i select a command, press the "+" button and press the button 3 nothing happen.
