Faulty MIX VIBES U-Mix Control 2 - NO RESPONSE FROM MIXVIBES

Hi, I bought a MIX VIBES U-Mix Control 2 in October 2012 from an Amazon Market Place seller that has now left Amazon. The unit has now developed a fault in the left play button and it flickers when playing. When music is played through speakers the vibrations also cause the music to stutter so I suspect a loose connection. How can I get a repair or replacement? I live near Leeds in the UK and could take the unit to your Affiliated Retailer (PRODUCTION ROOM LTD ) in Leeds.

The U-Mix Control 2 is not touch sensitive, so if there is stuttering it is because the jog is moving with your vibration.

Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't explain why the Play/Pause button flickers. Surely this must be a loose connection?

You're right, the flickering is something else.
A loose connection ? of what ?

Send it back to the retailer with your proof of purchase so he could investigate this and found a solution.
