Much thanks to everybody who (tried to) help out! Also the French guy! :D

Installing AISO4ALL worked out and now master is coming through the speakers and cue through my headphones.

There is a Mix knob next to Cue, and Master in the GUI (upper part of the screen next to the Master level meter. If the Mix knob is in the middle, you will hear both the monitoring and the master coming out. If it's all the way to the left, you only hear master in the headphones, if it's all the way right, you will only hear the monitored track.
