:cool: :eek: 16 years old,,,hmmm :mrgreen: old school DJ style :!: ,,,was just about your age when this old school style was invented ,,,,impressive :!: one your skills are :mrgreen: also the adaptive nature of the software/techonolgy has made it a little easier to switch sound samples ,,,,messed up plenty of 12" in vinal,trying to switch the records fast enuf to get this type of action :eek: had to have them pre staged and a place to put them when switching them out,,pleanty hit the floor :mrgreen: :mrgreen: just curious your battle fader has a reverse Cross fader :?: :?: (new techonolgy) :?:

Hey it does have a reverse function but I don't use it during routines because it confuses me with beat juggling.

Nice to see people still getting into turntables!
I´m 26 and started at 17.
I think you would benefit from deliberately learning/drilling basic skratch techniques, as the technique side is pretty sloppy ATM ;). Of course mixing, juggling and freestyling too, but good technique translates to them as well. Avoid crabbing and techniques that are not smooth yet, when performing stick to what you know well and know that works, but at the same time keep practicing in your bedroom to increase the amount you know/can do constantly.
A good forum for turntablists is skratchlounge.com (friendly people!).
