Can't preview songs in headphones

Hi everybody,
I am also experiencing troubles with this: I can't preview songs in headphones (which are working, tested on a different device). I can just listen a constant bzzzzz when I plug them in. I checked all configurations and everything seems to be fine - please find print screen below.

I use a mac with Cross DJ 2.3.1

Your seetings in the software are correct, how about those on the U-Mix Control Pro itself?

Did you check Cue volume and Cue mix knobs into the GUI ?

I have the same problem with CrossDJ and my Mac.

I would think someone at Tech Support should come up with a fix, yes

Otherwise a waste of $$$. When I bought Cross there was No message regarding problems with the Mac operating system.

If you use the External config headphones work fine, but NO recording' If you use the Dual Stereo ( internal ) Recording works fine, but NO Headphone preview!!

Any Solutions out there???

There is no problem with Mac Os, you need read tue Manual and know your stuff,

Demanding a fix from tech support for something that is most likely a setup problem...

cant not give proper support if we do not have information as to your set up

gave suggestions as to possible cause for what was going on and no feed back now seeing some feedback here that might have helped on your solution in that posting ,we understand your frustation as to you not being able to get your set up to work the way you want but

Hi Dan,

I figured it out. The VMS4.1 mapping is not correct in CrossDJ..Perhaps there will be a firmware update to fix it at some point.?

Vms 4.1 users need to use restart their MIDI controllers in the (4) OUTput mode, not the (8) OutPut. This will only give you two decks to play with, but it will eliminate the headphone cue problems.

As Support I would never have imagined :
- what controler you're using
- your controler is not even into the supported list
- the VMS 4.1 is also different on the audio side as the MIDI side to it big brother VMS4 that we does support.
