Ok, so I mix in my headphones at phone a lot of the time...this is how I have it set. Again, there are serious overload sound/program issues, even with the other audio settings selected.

yes, I do... I am not really good with sound (not a soundguy), but the problems are not outputs...they're internal, software related. The software is not processing smoothly. It stalls a lot and it SOMETIMES does those weird things with playing the cue record live, especially when you have two of the same records loaded, it seems to semi-crash the system; meaning, it triggers some sort of bug in the software, enabling overloads in the sound/processes of software and computer (i.e.: waveforms and other visuals slow down, too, quickly regaining speed again--affecting LIVE sound).
I really appreciate the new version of Cross. I think it's the best software, and I love it, but these are very vital issues that I am sure will get fixed before all people (mac/PC) can comfortably use it for live-performance use.
This is the problem.

ok, the visuals look the same when these flukes happen. It's the same feeling you get when you played a computer game, let's say roller coasters tycoon, and as you play, the computer slows down and sometimes freezes. It's this simple. The overloads do show red in peak meters...but everything glitches for a few seconds...then turns back to normal.
For us, it is super vital that the software runs smoothly because we are playing sound on live sound systems...many of us probably playing on really expensive sound systems and to very large crowds...you can't have distortions in sound and overloads. The dance floor will be like wtf? lol.

do you have anything else running while playing w/ Cross? Is your airport/blutooth off? Also, not to offend you, it just still sounds like there´s something messed up with your cabling.

everything is off...this NEVER happened on the other Cross version. It's this version...it's too much for the computer to smoothly run it at all times. It does not always happen, but it happens. Before it NEVER happened. Maybe I need better macbook pro...
Thank you for your support, we expect a patch of some sort very soon.
