cant access turntable modes in Cross 2.3

Not sure if im missing something here but i updated to Cross 2.30 and it is not allowing me to switch to the 2 turntable modes (Absolute mode and relative mode). i cabn tell it is recognising them as it is detecting movement when i looked at calibrating thm again and they are attached fine as everything works when i switch back to Cross 2.2. any ideas on what im doing wrong here?

move your mouse to the decks, next to the cover you should 2 little boxes saying "1" and "2", those are the tc inputs, you will need to set them for each dech.

i.e. deck a-1, deck b-2
