U-Mix 44

ok turn on laptop loads up only U-Mix 44 sound is on. if i go into iTunes press play noting happens.if i plug out u-mix44 close iTunes and open again it works.plug in u-mix44 crash.i go windows player it works.if play a game no sound.so if i have u-mix44 main sound and play a game but no sound so i plugged in headset play the game away after awhile i plug it out and there was sound form u-mix44?

As I have said: this seems to be a routing issue at your Windows audio preferences. Once you plug and unplug devices the default audio interface switches. Please check the configuration and set the U-Mix 44 as default audio interface.

Have a look into it and see what happens if you plug in the other interface. I guess it will change to that as default. try to solve this to get your issue sorted.

Hello,
To use iTunes with your extern soundcard:
_open the software quicktime and in the preferences select your soundcard you want
_quicktime is the audioengine for iTunes

that dosent work. when i click on a tune the iTunes player dose not move the seconds i press play it say play but not move.and also the sound dose not work with quicktime player i did what u said.

Please provide some screenshots of your audio settings in config manager. There is currently no soundcard active, that is why iTunes cannot play songs although you press play.
