Nvidia are when I connect a TV by HDMI and want to use the TV as sound output , I don't know why it's 4 time in device manager, strange but I see no reason it's related to the problem here as the TV is not plugged in and not selected in sound settings.

Here is the screenshot of the ESI control panel.
Another thing strange is that I did some directWIRE in the settings but then I've removed them but there are still effective, if I play a CD it will output directly to the mixer.

I'm starting to get crazy, I did try so many combination and no clue of a solution for now.

Try lifting your Input sliders up.

As they are set now Cross will not be able to "hear" the Timecode signal, as both Input channels are muted.

they aren´t muted, they´re at 0db, which means no amplification, and this should be fine.

You can still give it a try, but I dont think it´ll do anything.

You should rather deinstall the driver again, really clean the registry (probably manually) and trash any app-data file that´s related to the u46 settings.

And still even w/out any connection to your TV, the nvidia driver will always do something as it´ll constantly check for a connection imo.

First I'd like to thank everyone for helping me.

Jim B: I've thought about that even if I had the same opinion as j-kut, 0dB should be the "normal volume" and then it's like an extra amplification (or a gain).

j-kut: I'll try to uninstall nVIDIA stuff also (it's plug and play anyway).

cinq: I did it the exact way you suggest with no success but I'll try again this weekend (I don't have so much free time at home this week).

Deactivate everything and only keep U46 and Realtek for testing with Realtek set as default audio system.

I did that right now and it's not working... "Always the same message: unable to load track. Check audio settings."

Just to be clear I did:
- uninstall Cross, U46DJ ESI 3.5 driver
- remove the mixvibes folder in appdata (there was nothing for ESI)
- set to disable all audio sound card nvidia in device manager
- use Ccleaner for cleaning registery.
- remove U46MKII
- restart
- install the ESI driver, plug the U46MKII when asked (here something strange, it only took like half a second to get the message "your device is ready" like it's not the first time I plug it)
- Restart
- Install Cross and run it
- Load a track and get the error message

Now I'm really desperate...

CHECK IF U46 IS NOT DEFAULT DEVICE INTO WINDOWS AND FORCE THE REALTEK TO BE THE ONE...

- Install Cross and run it

I did check that and it was already all right. But tonight I've tried again and it's almost working. Now I can load the track and control but the sound of the timecode goes trought the output in addition of the music. Like If I did a directWIRE but in fact there is not wire in the control panel of ESI (like the screenshot I've post before)...

I've solved the final issue as following:

A and B were assigned to "player", so I've set them to "line in" like if I wanna play CD directly and set them back to player and then it was working fine. Finally.
I just hope that the problem will not come back in the future because I still don't know exactly how I've solved it.

Thanks everyone for helping on this case, I'll give some karma.
