So for now I don't have a lot of things to looking for : -Vista/W7 - related to some AHCI/Raid/Sata/Usb drivers
Nothing into the Event Logger ? Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Event Viewer
There is not so many differences between U-Mix Control Pro and UMCP2 for handling by the OS, so there shouldn't have NEW issues.
I can only speak for myself here, but no, nothing is written as far as I can see.
MacBook Pro - 15" (Mid 2014) 2.2Ghz Processor 16GB RAM

I installed the newest Intel Matrix Drivers for that - still. What exactly do I have to look after in the Event Viewer and where?

Do you have a RAID System? Deinstall it completely.
If you uninstall it via the control panel I still see it running when I open the task manager. I also stopped the service and could still see the iastor process.
