My computer reads the uk46mk2 as speakers

Postby TheLoftyCrayfish on 18 Dec 2012, 17:11

Hi, I have just got a new behringer djx900usb and when i set it all up and plugged in the usb connecting to the uk46 and went into preferences to change the audio device it comes up as "(UK46 speakers)" and then all the sound from my computer plays through channel 1 of my mixer. I have been trying to find a solution to fix this so i can use Cross with the control vinyls but nothing seems to work.

install the asio-driver

(http://download.esi-audio.de/download.a ... J-v3_5.zip)

And read the manual, please.

well i got that sorted, thanks but now there is another problem, i have the right decks to the right channels playing from the right input on Cross, its just when i play them it looks normal on Cross but the sound coming out is about 90% that sound of a timecoded vinyl being played on line in and 10% the song i have put up on Cross

Are you using the audio functions of the Behringer mixer? If not, unplug it. ;) (Meaning the USB)

Stop monitoring inputs of your sound card in the audio outputs to stop reproducing the incoming signal.
