info on your audio config,,,,set up of controller ,,dose it play in your head phone with the controller not connected,,
more info ,, otherwise i suggest that you get your ears checked

Where you see I have the "Hercules DJ Console 4-Mx ASIO" selected. You need to select "Hercules DJ Console RMX ASIO" from the drop down
