Help(solved-serials for reformated comp)

I recently had to have my laptop reformatted. I have just gone to re-install the software for my hercules rmx only to find the disc is broken. I also have crossdj .... if I reinstall Cross DJ will it recognise my controller?

I would install them first, before installing and running CrossDJ

Yes.

Install Cross DJ, and then once the controller's hookedup, just make sure you've selected the Hercules Console RMX and you should be good to go.

Nearly there I am being asked for a license key? I don't have one I bought the software from the mix vibes site a few months ago

remember that this is a open fourm and certain info needs to stay priviate on the world wide web,,, ,,that order # might need to be kept priviate,,if by chance the licence key is not in the profile then p m support vibes and or uncle vibes with the info

is this the crux of your problem ,,or are you not seeing your licence key #/serial # stored in your profile
