VCI 400 not working properly

Hi all,

I have upgraded to Cross 2.2.0 and the VCI 400 isnt working properly.

I am routing my sound as Dual Stereo. My sound card is VCI 400 as well.

I am seeing the tab light up green when in the MIDI preferences so I know Mixvibes does see and recognize the controller is there. I am able to play sound through the VCI as well by clicking play on the laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

May i miss something but you forgot to say what is not working properly
Is MIDI not working anymore?

Mine is still working, nothing I've been changed there.
- is the VCI400 the right mapping selected into the MIDI tab ?
- does the other control work (mixer, fx, jogs) ?
- check the pad mode on the front of the controler. It should be on the left position.
- also see if you don't have timecode control activated.

Ahhh...Somehow TC was activated! Once I clicked it off. Problem solved! Thank you Support!
