EMERGENCY! HELP!Video Plugin Serial suddenly wrong?

I really need your help. I bought the video plug-in for MixVibes Cross yesterday and it worked, but some hours later i had to type in the serial key for the plug in again, but it says that it is the wrong one, what can't be - i copied it several times from the original mail.

can u help me? i need it tonight!
