It's amazing how your history tag tracks when and how a track was played, never seen that in a DJ program before, and it's really useful.
It would be amazing to put a similar "history" list of tracks used inside the comments block of the file that you record, that way all the info of the tracks and the time they were played is in the file itself. This would only be useful with one minor modification. Instead of listing the time of the track relative to program opening, list the time of the track relative to when record is pressed. This way, when you go to share a recording, or split a recording for CD or whatever, all the info you would need is in the comments block of the tag. Nothing is more helpful when listening to a mix than knowing when the songs occur, and this would help that out a bunch.

Need a very large column afterward... Hoping there is no size limitation on this tag.

Had to check, cause that's a big concern. Thankfully...wikipedia saves the day ID3v2
In 1998, a new specification called ID3v2 was created by multiple contributors.[4] Although it bears the name ID3, it has little to no relation to ID3v1. ID3v2 tags are of variable size, and usually occur at the start of the file, to aid streaming media. They consist of a number of frames, each of which contains a piece of metadata. For example, the TIT2 frame contains the title, and the WOAR frame contains the URL of the artist's website. Frames can be up to 16MB in length, while total tag size is limited to 256MB. The internationalization problem was solved by allowing the encoding of strings not only with ISO-8859-1, but also with UTF-16. Textual frames are marked with an encoding byte.[5]
Pretty sure a few days worth of mixing straight wouldn't fill up 16mb of frame, so it's all good.

There is actually a 'arm' feature into the recording : Preferences/Recording/Automatically start recording.
