Really? Did you make change in your mapping before?
You shoudt get the default mappings back by reinstalling Cross.

yup i did not make any change in my mapping before even if i reinstall the Cross it's still the same still cant figure out how to set it like the default

if you did not make any changes then it shoudt not be a mapping error too.
try what daniel said to test if it is maybe a potentiometer hardware fault.

you might wanna check if the software does the same without the controler at launch.

Try to disable your MIDI controllers in Cross and restart it. Are the knobs now in the middle?

It does not matter if you have tryed it, we need to know if yes or no
Does this also occour when the controller is not connected?
Does this also occour when MIDI In is deactivated in Cross?

The firmware didn't do that issue, so there won't be a lower firmware available for downgrade.

There is nothing to fix now, because you don't do proper feedback on what we're suggesting.

So I'm asking you again :
- if you launch the software without the controler, does the knob still not centered ?
- if not, then reset them with mouse and then relaunch application, does it still happen ?

For now I can't say if it is your settings file that is corrupted, your hardware that is faulty or simply the MIDI takeover that you don't understand.

May be IF you answer to what I have asked I will have an idea...
