Mixvibes, this is poor show. Cross DJ 2.0.1 and 2.1 are both shockingly bad releases. They crash on the mac all the time. I'd strongly suggest everyone reading it to stick with Cross DJ 1.7 as it works really well.
This product has been out for months now and the responses I've had are just poor.
Mixvibes, sort this out.

i encounter the same issues.
on startup of Cross 2.0 or 2.0.1, it crashes. On startup of Cross 2.1 I get a message that Cross won't work on my macbook version. so this is the workaround solution for the crashes because my macbook is too old?
even if my macbook is old, I still should be able to open it when a new version is released. I can't even update to a newer mac OSx because of the hardware. And I will not buy a new one because of this reason. so, i have macos 10.4, but so what??
I think it sux!

10.4 ? Not sure even Apple still support this. The min specs of Cross are now : MAC Minimum System requirements: MAC OSX 10.6 Intel Core 2 Duo / 2.2 GHz or equivalent 2 GB RAM http://www.mixvibes.com/content/product ... ications-1There will always be at time when you can't follow a trend anymore without evolving.

allright. My biggest problem was that I couldn't upgrade to a new macos X. When I tried, I got errors that my macbook ain't able to upgrade.
But indeed, according everymac.com I should be able to upgrade to 10.7! but I should erase my HD first.
I have core 2 duo 2 ghz with 2 gb ram.
I'll have a try.
