Vfx - access controls for all 4 players?

Hi guys,

i'm having problems accessing the controls of players c & d in the Vfx software? When I open all 4 players I can’t see the bottom of players c and d, and therefore can’t play anything on them? (i'm probably missing 1/3 of the player that disappears off the bottom of the screen). I'm trying to do this without the Vfx controller plugged in. There doesn’t appear to be any sort of scrolling on the screen and I’ve tried changing the graphics properties/resolution with no joy.

Has anyone got any ideas?

You need to minimize the browser by clicking on the 1st icon of the group on the right (magnify glass).
By removing the menu bar at the top you can have more space to see the bottom of the deck 3 & 4.

I've tried that, but it still doensn't display all the way to the bottom of the players? See attachment.

I can't see the fxs, cue / play or loop controls?

Seems more related to your screen resolution because even if you remove the taskbar you're still loosing a lot.

I have tried adjusting the screen resolution, but it has no effect. I have also tried this on 2 different computers and both have the same problem. My screen resolution is set to 1366 x 768

Did you try the 1280 no mixer skin ?

That works, thank you. It's a shame that I lose the mixer controls and explorer from the main screen, but I can at least control the 4 players now (and can jump to the explorer at the push of a button anyway)

The 1280 with mixer doesn't fit too ?

No, the screenshot i posted above is 1280+mixer. It cuts the bottom off the players.
