Vfx with Cdj's? plese help

Ok there is 2 points which does it can't work for you :

- 1st : from your vidéo on the right side of your browser you're not logged in. I can see it 'Log in' instead of 'Logout [username]'

- 2nd : you didn't put your Vfx licence key into your profil that will allow you to see the download section (as written in the grey box at the bottom).

dowloaded the 1.3.0
and clicked the install which seemed to work but when i open the software nothing has changed? do I have to uninstall the previous version first?

May be you didn't use the correct shortcut...
Look for the version number into the About tab.

there is only 1 shortcut on the desktop
version showing on the about tab is 1.2.0.3127

So where did you install the 1.3 ?
Is it your 1st computer ? You never installed application ?

i just clinked on the install file as you directed then it extracted the files. But when i clicked on the shortcut on the desktop nothings changed.
Should i remove the whole programme and re install form scratch?

In what path did you install it ? The same one or an other one ?
I don't remember the default path but check into your program files folder if you don't have 2 installed folders and redo/edit your shortcut.

Or at worst you could uninstall all versions and install just the latest one.
