Cross DJ 2.1 crashing/unresponsive

hi im a new user, im using a denon mc3000, .ive been using it for a few days now with no issues, love it. but today the program will just not respond, cues just lighting up, crashing wanting to shut down, and sometime wont even load the program, has anyone had any issues, cheers : )

are you trying to run the denon controller on Cross DJ le ver or the Cross version
have you tried using the software with out the controller and do you have the same issues
what mapping are you using on the controller,,a pre mapped for the controller or one mapped for the controller by your self ,,
other info as to computer spec and set up,,sc set up ..
what background services are running ,any web cams,wi fi etc
did the same set up run on earlier versions of Cross

Hey,

please give us some more information like which version you use and what os and so on.

Also check what heppens like daniel said when you unplug the device and start Cross.
