Do you see the MC6000 into your MIDI device list ?
Into the tab of the MIDI input ?

You need to select the soundcard and do the routing/setting.

I would be more than happy to let you remote access my setup as well... anything that can help make this software the best out there, I am willing to do!

It would seem to be a video driver issue that was causing a large portion of my issues. (My Laptop is the ROG G74sx with the NVidia 560M Dedicated Video card in it)

NVidia just released updated video drivers as of 9/13/12 and this driver has improved stability significantly in my system. Since the install I have not experienced any crashes, and even when mixvibes is minimized to the task bar (to run Firefox for example) video output remains smooth and stable, where as before it would get jerky and almost strobe like.

The new driver is available on NVidia's webpage below:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-306.23-whql-driver.html

Some other tips that have helped me:

-When installing the NEW video driver, perform a "clean installation". This is recommended by NVidia, and is an option during the install process.
-Disabling album art anywhere it is displayed in Vfx
-Disabling Audio Output Via HDMI when using the Vfx Control

I hope this helps some of the other users of the ASUS ROG Machines. They are amazingly powerful laptops and great to use once the stability issues have been worked out. If I come across any other tips and tricks, I'll be sure to pass them along!
