Please help, getting track loading error

Hello,
I just upgraded to Cross DJ 2.0. Whenever I try to load a track on one of the decks either by dragging them or double clicking I get the track loading error, "can't load track: check your audio settings." I have a 2011 macbook pro and before the update the program was working perfectly. Thank you for any help.

Hi joeoleary,

have you checked your audio settings, too?
Did you load a Cross 1.7 database? You have to create a new one because i guess they are not 2.0 compatible anymore.

The soundcard you have set into Cross is not available/in use by another application.
