Hi there I recently got Mixvibes 2.0.1 and I'm running it off a Maya 44 soundcard with 2 Stanton STR8-30 vinyl's and a Behringer VMX 200 with brand new head shells and needles, however when I try and collaborate the vinyl's a diagonal line runs across both the grids, I desperately need help with this does anyone know what the issue could be?

Hey,
welcome and now to your problem: Could you post some screenshots about your configuration. Is also the driver for the Maya correct installed?
Some more information also like which OS and so on.
Thanks Christian

Hey,
normaly there should be a circle as signal visualization. But it looks more like a line at your picture. Please check if the cables are correct connected and also check if both (left and right) signal are there.
regards Christian

I have checked and re checked the cables, reinstalled mixvibes, and both signals work when playing regular records... I have no clue what else to try. Thanks Jack

Hey,
what happens when you disable the inv. for L/R and P/A? and when you have disabled this function go into the software and enable Through so you can hear the sound which comes to the software. Check on your Mixer than how it sounds (should be a loud clear piep tone). what timecode vinyls are you using?
regards Christian

the cords in that photo are wrong (from me messing around) however the problem still lies when they are connected correctly

I have str8-100s. I see this problem if I have my decks set to phono (I think). You need to set them to line. If that's not the solution, I think it is something to do with how you've selected phono/line input/output either on the decks or on your sound card interface.
