What is the graphic card ? Might be related to the chip compatibility. We don't provide mapping file for this device, if you don't do your own map it won't work.
my real rig is a asus gene 5 mobo I72600k, galaxy gtx 460whdi wireless hdmi 8G or ram water cooled but something happend and the vid just studers, any help plsss. how do you make your own maps..
video stuttering on the 2nd outputs or into the software gui ? do you have audio thru hdmi activated ? does it also occurs without the wireless hdmi ?

ASUS ROG G74Sx Intel® Core™ i7 2.63 GHz (Quad Core) 8GB RAM NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560M with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM Win 7-Home Premium 64bit USB 3.0 Hitachi Tourio Pro External Drive Vfx Control & Software.
Still trying to get the kinks out of everything. Vfx still has plenty of bugs... but with the exception of the USB 3.0 port on this machine, the hardware in this laptop is SOLID... Just need to get Vfx stable, and then it will be perfect.
The issues I have with USB 3.0 have nothing to do with the Vfx Software - I am 99% sure it is hardware related to either a poorly written driver, or my external drive needing a firmware update (which is not available yet).
Vfx only crashes because the drive disconnects, and this is where the software is looking for it's media. It's not the software's issue, it's happened to me on other types of software too...
Have a reseller reporting similar issue with a Asus G53SX (i7 - 16Gb ram), will try a remote access to understand what's going on with these laptops, may be some bloatware/software layer.
I had read of many user having problems and crashes cause.. most external drives goes into sleep mode after a period of time if there is no activity. so far I havent had this problem but you can adjust this or fix this sleep mode bug in bios, and in other places under your OS. good luck bro... hope you get a fix soon.

thank you for your respond this is what i had in mind.. i donwload the file but I belive there are other problems i have to resolv cause.. even with the denon mc6000 Vfx doesnt respond, MC6000 should be a plug and play right. yet there is no sound coming from the mc6k or any type of activity. Vfx acts as there was no MIDI contected and the play and cue key dessapear on the monitor.

There is no tools for the mapping, only an editor, you should start with the HC4500 MIDI mapping file from MV7 : [DENON DN-HC4500] MixVibes 7
I know for sure that the jogs have the same coding, once there, it shouldn't be too hard to finish.
