The 3700 is already mapped and when I have tested quickly the 3900 was having the same MIDI commands and was working (not 100% match with the 3700 so need some work on our side).
You just need to set the timecode for the hybrid mode to 3Khz into the deck preset, choose the MIDI channel and you're done. Note that the hybrid mode will introduce 'stickers drift' on heavy/frequent scratching.

Exactly, the only one that will work correctly.

Didn't have the 2900 in hands till now, but for me 2900 is cheaper and the jog could be managed in MIDI mode (tighter control), so no need for hybrid.
The 3700/3900 hybrid mode is a work around for not handling rotating platter into application. Static plater like most of DJ MIDI controler are well known and handled easily.
On the other hand if you want the rotating vinyl feel, I can understand for the 3900, but are your really a scratch head ? If not, useless imo.

If you're going with the 2900, full MIDI (include jog) would be better imo than hybrid. As soon as I will put my hands on a 2900 I'll do the mapping. For now we have sent a request to Denon and waiting...
