U-Mix44 Device unplugged

I have same problem, device unplugged all the time. What i should do?
I cant use it and usb light dont work either...

if there was not a solution in this posting and no similiar issues resolved in this section, please post some info as to set up and exactly what is going on , as to every problem has different variables and the solution is dependent on this info,,

in short,please give any info to help with a solution

If your device doesn't light up :
- no power (or not enougth)
- device is dead

Okay, i opened u-mix44 box and there was a tiny connector in usb-cable. The connector was off in the circuit board. I attach connector and its working. The End
