FX Depth has disappeared

I've obviously done something strange here, but I purchased an Akai LPD8 (cheaply, on Ebay) just to experiment with how I got on controlling FX on a controller as opposed to my laptop. Whilst I was slightly frustrated that the default 2.0.1 config is setup for sampling actions, I imported one from the Download Center and all is good.

Except somewhere along the way I've lost the depth knob on both decks. Where's it gone!? Is it because I plugged in the LPD8?

I've unplugged the controller and restarted Cross but still it is gone. I'm set to simple stereo, just to experiment. My U46 isn't connected.

Any ideas?

I can answer my own question - yes it is!

Any way that I can have the depth knob showing even if it isn't assigned to the LPD8?

That option was already selected actually, but I've re-programmed the controller now anyway so I can see all I want to.

Have to say, it's great!
