Vfx need help wtih intallation

Hello, there...
I'm havin' some issues trying to runn my Vfx controller with "Club DJ VJ" (ver. 5.x). When i run MIxVIbes the controller work juts fine, but in "Club DJ VJ" it is not recognized or ... i really dont know what.
Please give me some technical support bout how to or is this cintroller is supported by default by that software (CLUBDJVJ). Im using this for video mixing and karaoke basicaly and sometimes for DJing. Im a little bit new in this, si please help. I have looked over the internet (Google) for how to make it work with no success. My last hope is this forum.

Im isung it on Macbook Pro with MAC and Win7 (bootcamp) OS.
In preferences i have two-tree choices - Single Output or Extrenal mixer. Under ache of those there's a Primary Sound Driver or ASIO Driver. When i choose ASIO Driver notting happens.
If i select PRimary Sound Driver there's an option wo use ASIO again - still not working.
Im little bit confused how to do it. To be honest - im not confused. I just dont know how to runn it.

First thing to do here if you want to get support is to Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)

The Vfx controller is designed to work with the Vfx software. Of course, as a MIDI controller and a sound card, it can be used with other software, but
- to be controlled in MIDI, this software has to be compatible with Vfx controller (or allow you to create the appropriate MIDI mapping)
- to use the Vfx controller sound card, you may need some driver, but as Vfx is a Windows only software, there is no driver for MacOS and the Windows driver is designed to work with Vfx Software. I don't know if Asio4All will run on bootcamp, you should try it, maybe it will allow you to use the Vfx sound card...

Hello from Bulgaria 3 months ago I bought from you in the hope Vfx Control is compatible with the software, Club DJ Pro VJ, because the software that you offer with Vfx Control not my handy work, First Your software does not work with CDG codec or does not work with karaoke files. Secondly the software have not Request list. That’s way I work with other software. From the moment when I bought the controller until now I struggle to find a way, the controller to be compatible with my software, but until now I have not an any solution. Before a month I wrote several lathers for your email address but Have no anwer from you. My question is:
- Can Vfx Control is compatible with the program Club DJ Pro VJ and if not can you write scripts for your controller so that when I programing Vfx Control with Pro VJ to be active able of all buttons, sliders and two vinyl of Vfx Control, for the moment, currently the program can detect only 4 buttons, that’s with this Vfx Control is not useful for my work.???
- Do you have future plans to update your video program to include REQUEST list, play list as structuring the program CLub DJ ProVJ 5. and will include you in the future CDG Codec in the program??
