Headphones with Cross and Virtual DJ

Hi,

I am new to the forum and this is my first post. I have both Mix Vibes Cross and Virtual DJ on my laptop. I can get my Cue Function on my headphones working very well when I use the Virtual DJ Software. But I can't get the Cue funstion to work at all with the mix vibes software.

I have tried every different kind of configuration that I have seen on these message boards. But I still cannot get it to work. I am using The Numark IDJ3 and have went to their website and downloaded the USB update.

Can anyone give me a solution as to what I might be missing. Are there a few different configurations I could try. Or can am I possibly using the wrong USB driver from the Numark Site

Have you downloaded and installed the MixVibes firmware update too from this link

Yes I downloaded it. I downloaded it and installed and uninstalled it 3 times but still nothing.

Any other ideas

Hi,

Sorry, I read your reply wrong. I just noticed the firmware update. I have downloaded. I can't get it to work.

Here is what happens. As soon As I plug my usb cable in to the computer all the lights come one on my IDJ3 and nothing happens.

Do you know how to solve this issue.

I guess you're not using the same setup in VDJ & Cross.
VDJ must be in WDM or HID and Cross need to be in Asio for the soundcard.

Check asio drivers from the Numark website.
