I run CrossDj 1.7 on my notebook with WIN8 (eng version) and it works.
Think drivers doesnot work because of rus OS

У меня на ноуте стоит ВИН8 английская версия, и там всё работает.
Может быть из-за русской операционки драйвера не хотят работать?

Сегодня ради эксперимента поставил Traktor Pro 2 и в нём выбрал U-Mix Asio Control и всё работает !!! А в Cross DJ не хочет определять звуковую карту хотя пишет что ONLINE...???!!!

I dont think it´s the Russian Win, there´s something different to your other laptop, that no one here can tell.

Hey,

if it is win8 there could be the problem. It looks like the win7 (when disabled the metro design) but the drivers and so on are others. They have a new concept about how they have to be and so on. It could be that the driver you have installed is not working 100% correct.
This is not official but what I know from a friend (working at microsoft) this is one point which could be the problem.

You said you turn everything off on the PC (w-lan/cam etc), right.
And you also said it worked with traktor, right?

This is not allways I have some systems all usb 2.0 devices or internal devices where the driver is not working correct. So okay but the rest is okay.
Can you check the chipset? CPU okay but the chipset is the interface which is important.
