Re: Firmware update impossible

Hi!

Thanks really much for your help: the firmware upgrade worked fine and I can now see the green "online" text on the preferences/MIDI tab. Using "ASIO4ALL v2" parameter I can use the controller and play songs.

Now the last but not least issue (it is the reason why I bought the full product) is about Audio controller: when I try to enable the "Mixvibes ASIO U-Mix Control Pro" in the preferences/Audio tab, the system stay looking for the device without finding it. And on the "U-Mix Control Pro Volume panel" software I still get the mention "Device unplugged".

You've got an usb issue preventing the drivers and the audio panel to see the device (so Cross won't too).

You can try these :
- remove all other usb devices
- uninstall webcam

you could also try to deinstall the root-hubs from the device-manager,
after reboot windows will load the drivers again and everything should be fine again.

BUT: You might get a start-up issue after the reboot and Windows will start the repair program, just let it run and then reboot again.

This is a last resort action, and I do not take any responsibility if it doesnt work as expected or results in any kind of damage etc. (although it worked fine on my machine)
