from later versions of 1.5.2, I encountered the following problem:
every time I connect the PC to the U46, I have to reselect the driver u46mk2, the preference panel .... 1.5.2 instead made the switch from one ... I tried in a thousand ways ..... with CCleaner ... I uninstalled all the old versions .. What can I do?? HELP!!

Hey,
are you starting Cross with admin rights? it sounds like that your Cross folder where Cross saves the information is not set to write access. So test it with starting as administrator.

Click the checkbox below the driver selection drop down menu. Somethin like "Auto-select Mixvibes devices at startup" should be written besides the checkbox.

Hey, Are you using windows 7? If yes be an administrator is not enough to run program's as admin This is the new user management controll system which give you many popups at the work when you want to connect something or start installing drivers and so on. The program is not running as administrator rights until you pressed the right mouse -> run as administrator. Then the program has administrator rights! It is very different to the old windows variants! Regards Christian

Are you launching Cross then switch on/plug U46 ? The soundcard should be already initialized by the system before launching Cross.
The behavior have changed from 1.5 where we could open an audio driver even if there wasn't any devices behind that could lead to weird situation.
Now we're checking if the drivers have proper communication with the device before selecting it so starting the audio chain may be longer, but more solid.

Cross before opening, plug in my .. U46 (U46 of the control panel detects it perfectly) I have to reselect the opening Cross Sound Driver, if I had previously used the audio on your laptop .... otherwise if I close with the U46 Cross linked, and I open the program and 'ok ........ The problem arises when I listen to the music of the Cross with the speakers in the laptop .... Cross does not reopen the switch happens automatically ..
with 1.5.2 everything was OK!
Today the lighthouse 'of the test administrator changes ....
