U-Mix Control Pro control set-up error message

Thanks, have done that but it still doesn't play. The waveform appears and the jog wheel operates it, but i can't 'play'!

here you go... i had a message saying that the U-Mix Control download hadn't installed properly as well, i tried again but it doesn't seem to have worked..?

Does the waves move when you push on play? Are you in timecode control? (buttons A & B on the top of the skin left & right) you should not... which output goes to your amplifier? Use output 3/4 on the back instead of 1/2

There is a mix knob on top of the mixer section. move that knob to 12 o'clock! As Uncle already asked: are both outputs connected to an amplifier or something comparable?

Thanks have fixed it now i think, by un-highlighting the A and B buttons at the top. will be back here again if it doesn't work! thanks for your help guys.
