@jiel: he can't, the only thing he has are the hardware serial numbers which he calles "serials".

@dread: your hardware serial numbers are NOT the serial needed for the software! If you have lost your serial nummber that was written on the back of your cd sleeve I doubt that the team can help you.

Additionally have in mind that no one can answer your posts quickly, so posting every half an hour does not help.
