How to change CC code in U-Mix Control Pro ?

I have a big trouble, im configuring my U-Mix Control Pro whit traktor but the cue right buttom and the play right buttom have de same CC code and i cant configuring correctly. when i press play cue y activated too! because have de same chanel and same CC. Do yo know how to chang CC code? a program or something else? . Please Help ..sorry for my English1

welcome to mixvibes and U-Mix Control Pro first off please regerster your software on the fourm there is a firmware down load for your hardware if that doesnt help your problem then please give more info on the problem next step is to see how mixvibes Cross software reacts and do you have the same issues other than thoes suggestions ,i have no experience with that hardware and some one that does might be able to assist you got to regerster your software

The MIDI code that is send can not be manipulated. It are informations sent by the MIDI processor. You can use a different command by pressing the shift key, but this is not the best way. In fact the MIDI commands should be (!) different because otherwise it should not work in Cross too.

Please register your software in the forum, install Cross DJ and see if it happens tehre too. If so then the controller might be broken, what I do not think. It would also be helpful to update your U-Mix Control Pro firmware. This you can do IF you have registered.
