What should I do i f I lost my license key ?

If you purchased via Apple appstore you can easily reinstall.

If you would have entered your licence key in your user profile you would have been able to retrieve it yourself.

Also info about the product might help as most discontinued products are not supported no more.

Sorry for not being of too much help, but MixVibes has no clue as to who purchases which license until the user registers it at the website.

The software is bundled by the manufacturer without any feedback on sn of the controller <> software key.

You might want to sent a mail to support@mixvibes.com with the relevant details like e.g. a proof of purchase. Maybe you can convince.

Else the alternative would be to purchase a Cross license via the website or the appstore.
