Allen & heath xone:23c Cross LE update problem

Hi, i bought a Allen & heath xone:23c mixer and got Cross LE with it.
When i start Cross LE, it ask me if i want to update, When i press yes, i come to this website and it says that i don't have permission to update and that i should write my serial number in the control panel.
Which i did. but still i can't update?
Would appreciate some help.

Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)
then you got access to the Download Section

Please double check you filled the right license key. If so somehow the credentials didn't change as should.
