No download link for "upgrade to Cross"

Hello,

I have an issue here: I bought Cross DJ and later I upgraded to the full pro software.

Since then, my hard drive crashed. I realized I had the 24 months download service for Cross DJ but NOT for the upgrade. Is there a way to access this upgrade?

To Mixvibes team: I can totally pay the 5-something euros that pays for the 24 months download service if necessary. I just forgot to do it when I was buying the upgrade...

Best,

- Robin

I dont think it should be this difficult to transfer over Cross DJ from iOS onto a PC. its silly that this hasn't been thought out before. oh well...

Maybe you can inform the iOS developers at Apple that you think this is silly. So they can provide a way that makes it possible.

It's on the wish list for years to have more simple exchange of collection data Cross platform. However every OS has it's own filesystem, database requirements and protection mechanisms. To make it more complex these also change over time (per version).

As you likely are aware making Cross platform interfaces isn't that hard to do. However (almost) all applications use shared data from a single datasource. However for the purpose of low latency DJing local storage is needed and copied data is needed. Not even talking about synced data as for many DJ's this is impossible to do for PC/MAC collections have much more data than iOS/Android devices can store.
