Audio problems

Hi guys, I need your help!!
I can't figure out the audio settings and have really tried everything. So basically I have a Pioneer DDJ-SB and have Serato as well. When I am using Serato everything is fine and I have no problems. As soon as I go onto Cross DJ my Master and Cue are both playing out loud, can't hear anything in my headphones and the crossfader doesn't seem to do anything. I have tried every single variation in settings but it just doesn't work.
What is the problem?
Thanks a lot!
Ivan

Hi Ivan,
While there are a lot of settings to consider, the only three that matter in this case are:
1) Audio tab - top drop down box - pick the right audio device (DDJ-SB, Asio driver if you are on windows laptop)
2) Audio tab - output 1 and output 2. Tells Cross what output channels to use per deck. Generally you'll pick 1/2 for output 1 and 3/4 for output 2 (sometimes it's front l/r and rear l/r for example, depending on the device).
3) Audio tab - bottom drop down box - routing mode. I am pretty sure (can't check now) that you need to set it to dual stereo mode.
I don't have all my stuff here (am at the MusikMesse in Frankfurt), so can't tell you the exact settings you need. But hope this helps you look for the right options.

If I'm right you also have to set the controller to work in non-serato mode.

I know that is true for the SX, not sure that works for the SB as well.

Hello Guys,
Unfortunately I bought Pioneer DDJ-SB today hoping it will work on Cross properly, and again I am having an issue in headphone cue and master out, I am unable to hear Cue but the rest functions are working perfectly on Cross its the same issue on Vfx Control which I had and that's why I purchased Pioneers DDJ-SB thinking I will solve the problem.
I really like Cross and I don't want to change software, but please Support team your feedback is much appreciated, its a shame to have a perfect software and not to have a good support for it.
Thank you
Chris

Please post a screen capture of your audio tab and of the overall GUI at the moment you expect to have cue sound.
Use the 32bit version first to be sure it isn't a driver issue.

From a look at your picture, you need to change the routing mode to dual stereo.

I did change them, you can hear both cues left and right at the same time even if the cue buttons are off.

Likely you have the Mix knob fader open. Turn full left to only have Cue signal.
This fader adds Main out to the headphone when you want it.
