Posted: 25 Mar 2015, 23:30If you purchased via mixvibes website you received an email with the license key. You had to type the key in the program to be able to use it.

Going on like this is not gonna help. Have a little patience and allow for people to find out exactly what the problem is so they can help you properly.

Even though I don't know how the logistics for the Cross Pack is handled this is the way license-only products are done.
And I do assume you checked the sleeve and package like 10 times before you wrote your post in the forum.
Be aware that the purchase information is not emailed by mixvibes but by the payment company. Likely the mail also has the extended download credentials.
