Crossfader Problems

I am having a lot of trouble with the crossfader within the the Cross DJ software.. the crossfader will move but nothing happens when I slide it one direction or the other. If anyone has any ideas why it might not be working that would be appreciated.

Please describe what you hear and what you expect to hear.

If the issue is that you keep hearing both decks it could be your knob fader called mix at the right top is to the right meaning master is routed into headphone in addition to cue signal.

A screen capture of the audio tab in preferences might be helpful to as well as a capture of the overall GUI.

...as ronald correctly said: give the MIX-knob a try and additionally check, if the "A" and "B" (also "C" and "D" if running 4-channels) beside the crossfader are switched on/off.

For me (for example) it is very important to be able to disengage the x-fader when running 4 channels so I can fade in/out every single channel while talking into the mic and so on. Sometimes, switching it off happens by user by fault, especially when using the mouse on the x-fader. So, please check it.
