Discover DJ left platter nearly un-usable

As I posted in another thread, my left platter had a slight squeak to it. Now it barely recognizes if I touch it, and the touch sensitivity cuts in and out. I have tried changing my latency (even though it worked perfect before), but I can tell it's a hardware issue.

How do I go about getting a warranty replacement?

The company that made your device, ION, would be the people to talk to. Take the Discover DJ to the store you bought it from and have them either replace it with another one or ask them have it shipped off for repairs.
