problem mixvibes & DJ tech iscratch 101

first of all hello to all members,
i hope to find a solution by this forum for my problem.

i have bought a DJ tech iscratch 101 with mixvibes included.

first of all there was no serial in the pack for mixvibes program

i found another mixvibes version on di internet.

my problem:

well, i can control the mixvibes with my djtech, but the sound on my PC is really bad. in fact the sound sounds really wierd. it jerks...dont know if that is the word i want to discribe.

i have no proffessional soundcard, so no asio drivers

if think this is the problem
maybe i should sent you my mixvibes configuration

i found another mixvibes version on di internet.

Firstly, if you do not have a serial with your pack, return it and get another one.
I also have to ask, you...where did you get this 'internet version' from?
Anyways, for anyone here too assist you, you have to register your software"(Register your software (User Control Pannel > Profile > Serial Number)". This way you can upgrade to the lastest version which may solve your problems.
Otherwise without these steps, we cant help you bro.

By internet version, do you mean a trial or a purchase from the webstore?
